I love the colorful village of Burano and meander through all the passageways every time I visit.

This place is like a movie set, but real. Portofino was on my list for years, what a dream it was to paint there.

In St. Marks Square, Venice, Italy I watched the waiters as they prepared for the dinner crowd, and enjoyed the patterns of color above and below them.

These young women were awaiting their turn in a procession at the Amalfi Regatta in Italy. I was interested in the relationships between the girls and their beautiful costumes.
